President Buhari's 2nd Daughter Fatima is Getting Married on Friday to 57 Year Old Mallam Gimba Kumo

Daura in Katsina will standstill on Friday when Nigeria’s crème d la crème will gather for the marriage of President Muhammadu Buhari’s daughter.

The Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, would lead the government delegation to grace the ceremonies.
Former Nigerian leaders and members of the diplomatic corps will also converge in Daura.
The town is already agog in readiness for the marriage of Fatima Buhari, the second daughter of President Buhari, on Friday in Daura.
She will be married to Mallam Gimba Kumo, the former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria. The groom was born on the 5th of November 1959 in Gombe, Gombe State – he will be 57 in a few days.

According to the invite, the wedding would be conducted at the Maiaduwa resident of the president at the GRA by 2pm on 28th October, 2016.
The Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, would lead the government delegation to grace the ceremonies.
The delegation is made up of ministers, governors and other political appointee.
Fatima is one of the president’s children from his first wife, Safinatu who he married in 1971.

Governor Al-Makura’s Son To Face Manslaughter Charge

Mr. Khaleel Umar Al-Makura, the son of Nasarawa state governor, Umar Al-Makura, is to to be prosecuted for alleged manslaughter. He was arrested over the killing of a student of Government Secondary School, Lafia. The police say that Khaleed would be charged soon. The killing of Ovye Amos in a road accident on Monday night had sparked a protest in the school. The students took to the streets on Tuesday carrying placards with various inscriptions demanding justice for the killing Amos, a Junior Secondary School two student. The police, officers of the Nigeria Security Civil Defence Corps, teachers and government officials intervened to calm the students. The governor’s son was reported to have hit the deceased with a car, Channels TV reported. Addressing the students at the school parade ground, the Nasarawa state Commissioner for Education, Aliyu Tijjani, said that government had taken measures to ensuring that the person that perpetrated this killing was brought to book. ...
