Man City Hail Iheanacho, Super Eagles After Zambia Win

iheanacho
English Premier League side, Manchester City, have sent a congratulatory message to Kelechi Iheanacho after scoring for the Super Eagles in their 2-1 away win against Zambia in Sunday's 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier in Ndola.

Iheanacho, who has been impressive for City since his promotion to the senior team last season, scored the Super Eagles' second goal following a brilliant interchange of passes that involved Mikel Obi and Brown Ideye.
Alex Iwobi had given Nigeria the lead following a superb volley inside the Zambian box.
Aside from praising Iheanacho for his goal, Premier League leaders City also hailed the entire Super Eagles squad for the win.

"Another great day for Kelechi and Nigeria!" City wrote on their official Twitter handle.

He knows how to please everybody and stay close to key people”.
